What's on at Auckland Fringe
Get ready for another creative explosion with Auckland Fringe 2013.
The festival is guaranteed to surprise you with over 115 events, including joystick orchestras, boy bands, Antarctic song cycles, cross-dressing history celebrities and stories about dogs, Nazis and curry.
Artists of all walks of life, new and established, will present eclectic arts experiences at over 40 venues, including theatres, streets, parks, plazas, churches, halls, kitchens, lofts, basements, galleries, cafes and swimming pools across the city - a truly Auckland-wide experience.
The fringe cometh only once every two years and, with shows generally running for five days or less and venues seating around 100 people, tickets really are "strictly limited" and "will sell out". There will be no second chance to see many of the incredible performances.
To help you join the dots, Auckland Fringe has some fantastic showcase events throughout the season. See below for a few of the highlights.
