The Centre for Fine Woodworking is New Zealand's premier furniture making, woodworking & design school with an internationally renowned reputation.

The school is a registered charity granted in recognition that these time-honoured skills of fine woodworking need to be passed on to future generations of furniture makers, woodworkers and a new generation of teachers.

The popular annual exhibition of student work from graduates of the 32-week intensive Furniture Makers' Programme offers a great opportunity to view work created by our emerging makers of bespoke furniture.  Look, touch and feel the beauty of the work crafted with passion, patience and skill.

This is a unique chance to buy original and highly executed work.  Fight the urge to keep buying into a throwaway culture and invest in outstanding work that can  be passed on to your future generations.
