The third of four writing workshops part of Book School, an 8-week series that takes participants from writing through to production and all the way to the book launch. Come to one or come to all.

Creating Something From Something: You will be exploring techniques for using existing language to create new pieces of writing with poet Jackson Nieuwland.

Jackson Nieuwland is a writer, editor, and librarian, born and based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara. They co-founded the reading/zine series Food Court. With Carolyn DeCarlo, they are the co-author of Bound: an ode to falling in love (Compound Press 2014), and Twilight Zone (NAP 2013). Their website is their name with dot com on the end of it.
