ManaRewa is a local artist collective, based in Manurewa. They formed in 2016 with the aim of mentoring Pacific artists; this is their fourth exhibition at Nathan Homestead. For Tātou Kāinga the group showcases photographic work by young people. The focus of the exhibition is on building a sense of community which supports the next generation of young artists. The project makes the gallery into a home and the Nathan Homestead becomes ‘our place’ - Tātou Kāinga.
