Yoga & Mindfulness for kids w Luzette Singh-Williams
Junior 5-8 years old: 4pm-5pm, Intermediate 9-12 years old: 5:15pm-6:15pm
Youth Yoga presents Yoga and Mindfulness classes for children. These classes are a mind and body gym, with important conversations, yoga and mindfulness games throughout the class. We dance, sing, play games, tell stories and co-create all our experiences. Parents are welcome to participate with their children for FREE. Come along and experience this multi sensory experience! Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a drink bottle. All equipment is provided.
