Design your Life – How to apply the toolbox of design to creating a new lifestyle

16 Oct 2019
6pm - 8pm
As designers, we know how to use design to create new value and solve problems for clients. But how might we apply the toolbox to our own life?
Event type:
$110 Pro, $80 DA Friend, $40 DA Student Friend
Studio One Toi Tū (Room 6)
1 Ponsonby Road, Grey Lynn, Auckland

How? By applying the toolbox of design to creating multiple possible alternate futures for yourself. Doing this by first having empathy for yourself – discovering your values and what matters to you – then generating a range of ideas of how these values and your skills and needs might enable you to create a different future. And last, how you prototype and experiment with your ideas.

In 90 minutes you will learn some world-leading tools, get to play with some concepts, and have an active discussion on wether this method could unlock new value for you.
