Virtual Morning Movement Practice
EVERY TUESDAY 7– 8AM
On Tuesday mornings at 7am, NZDC is offering a brand new class to continue engaging our online community - Virtual Morning Movement Practice with Bella Wilson. This class is open to all levels and is a perfect way to wake up – a fusion of movement each week inspired by contemporary dance, yoga, pilates, barre, ballet and more. Bella’s background includes training in all of these styles and will lead to a bit of sweat and a big smile to start the day!
Not able to attend class at 7am on a Tuesday? No worries at all. The class will be recorded and available to watch up to 48 hours after 7am on Tuesday. Just make sure to register before Tuesday to ensure that you will receive the recording. Please note that there is a different link each week so you will need to pay/register ahead of every class and use the new link that is sent to you each time.
Simply register and follow the payment instructions. Once payment has been made you will receive a confirmation email with the link to access the Zoom class. The Zoom recording will also be emailed to you for access all day Wednesday and Thursday.
