Extend you existing acrylic painting practice with experienced and knowledgable painter Lisa Chandler. Lisa holds an MFA (Hons) from Whitecliffe College of Arts and Design, Auckland, New Zealand. Since 2012 Lisa has held 10 solo exhibitions, with her latest at The Suter Art Gallery, her first major solo exhibition at a public art gallery. She has also been selected for numerous group shows including the ‘International Art Survey’ Beijing, China. She has been a finalist in a number of major New Zealand art awards including the National Contemporary Art Award (2015), the New Zealand Painting and Printmaking Award (2018, 2015) and the Molly Morpeth Canaday Art Award (2015, 2014 and 2012).

This workshop is aimed at intermediate to advanced painters. Everyone will work on their own individual paintings with Lisa providing plenty of individual guidance, advice and ideas to push your practice forward. Over the 2 days there will be opportunities for the group to critique each others work in a supportive environment.
