Clarinetist Amy Wang returns home after more than a decade in America. Sharing some of her favourites pieces of music, Homecoming is a culmination of her musical journey aboard. Programs include works by Gershwin, Widor, Verdi, and Brahms, with special guest Sarah Watkins, piano and Catherine Kwak, cello. This intimate evening of music includes complimentary wine and desserts by Flour & Sweet.

Since leaving Auckland at the age of 15 in pursuit of furthering her clarinet education, Amy has completed her Bachelor and Master of Music degree at prestigious American conservatories. She was living in New York City and playing in orchestras and chamber music ensembles as well as producing her own concerts. Due to the ongoing pandemic situation in the United States, Amy is currently residing in Auckland.
