Ashlee has carved a strong reputation in the not-for-profit sector across New Zealand and the UK, and is the Donations Programme Manager at The Tindall Foundation, one of NZ’s largest family philanthropic foundations. Ashlee holds other advisory board and governance positions in the charitable sector, previously serving as the Chair of Heart Kids NZ and was awarded a 2024 Emerging Director Award from the Institute of Directors.
