Carved from beef bone this carving depicts Rangi (sky father) and Papa (earth mother) being separated by Tanemahuta (God of the forest and son of Rangi and Papa).

Indian ink has been used to add contrast.

Ready to wear with a hand plaited black nylon wax cord with bone toggle and comes presented in a nice gift box.
