The College of Creative Arts, Hedley Books & Aratoi Wairarapa Museum of Art and History invite you to a presentation on the book and research project:

The Search For The Modernist Murals of E. Mervyn Taylor

An illustrated talk with Bronwyn Holloway-Smith will take place at Aratoi,

followed by a walking tour of the two E Mervyn Taylor murals in Masterton. 

The book includes chapters written by Terri Te Tau (on the mural in the old Post Office building)

and by Gareth Winter (on the mural in the War Memorial Stadium, next to the Trust House Recreation Centre).

Dress accordingly for the weather.

Refreshments served at 3.45pm back at Aratoi. 

Books will be available for signing and sale. 

This book was a special project to mark the 130th anniversary of the founding of Massey University’s College of Creative Arts.
