Rocket has been working with Team New Zealand for almost two decades now providing exciting, high impacting graphics for their yachts.

For each campaign a new challenge is set: come up with a design that’s faster, more empowering, more dominant.

Along with supporting graphics for the America’s Cup, Rocket came up with a ’secret weapon’ for Emirates Team New Zealand‘s AC72 – a boost of colourful Kiwiana on the fairing under the boat.

The illustration features some of our most loved Kiwi icons – Buzzy Bee, jandals, sheep, kiwifruit, No.8 wire, swandries, pukekos, korus, kite and pipis, corrugated iron, jet plane lollies, tomato suace, paua, hokey pokey ice cream, rugby, and pineapple lumps – you name it, it’s there, a taste of good, old, New Zealand to remind our racing boys of home and spur them on to bring that cup back!

The same illustration also livens up the San Francisco base, giving the Americans a taste of Kiwiana and complementing the San FraNZisco campaign.

The North Shore based signage and branding company also had a hand in the graphics for the boat shed tents, and the large sponsor board.

Go Emirates Team New Zealand, and go Rocket. You’ve done us proud.
