PA/Office Manager - School of Media Arts
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant and Office Manager to provide high level support to one of our Heads of School at Wintec – Waikato Institute of Technology - and to manage the school office procedures and its team.
Wintec is one of New Zealand’s largest providers of vocational and professional education. The School of Media Arts offers innovative, interdisciplinary and specialist programmes in art, design, music, media, and screen production, with a reputation for quality in teaching and research.
You will have excellent communication, organisation, administrative and people management skills, advanced Microsoft Office skills and preferably experience supporting a Senior Manager in a large organisation. With your natural aptitude for attention to detail, you will have the ability to analyse information, manage the daily and annual administrative processes and coordinate a range of projects.
The ideal candidate will have fantastic people skills, be conscientious, have initiative, be a team player and be keen to make a positive contribution. Experience working in the education sector would be an advantage.
