To assist with the production of the Stage Challenge® and J Rock™ events around New Zealand and to increase its profile on a local, regional, state and national level.
  1. Assist in the active recruitment of new school entries
  2. Being a main contact for schools for providing advice, paperwork and problem resolution
  3. Reception work: you are the second point of call in this busy office for telephone calls and visitors
  4. Assist the Event Manager with pre-production
  5. Oversee the production of merchandise
  6. Some database maintenance
  7. Some office administration
  8. Update website and social media sites regularly
  9. Make a media strategy for the events
  10. Identifying and executing potential positive PR opportunities for radio, print and TV
  11. Write media releases
  12. Research and draft stories for the official programme and TV
  13. Supervision of Media Intern
  14. Attend events as required to assist the Event Manager and with media requirements
