We are looking for an administration accounts operator to join our enthusiastic Wellington based practise. You will be working with a group of architects and technicians, answering phones, welcoming people into the office, filing and creating documents. We require a candidate to have knowledge of Accounts and Office Management and possess the following skills: o MYOB experience o Balancing Bank statements o Management reports o Project invoicing o Reception duty o Excellent Microsoft Office skills o Indesign and Photoshop o File management o Web, facebook management o Client communications o Submissions This role is yours to make your own, we are a close team that require your support across a multi-disciplinary skill set.
