Te Papa stands proud as an iconic national building housing the treasures of the nation.  We are a destination for both national and international visitors, and have over a million people come through our doors each year.

Te Papa Café is looking for an experienced all-rounder café staff member to work permanent part time 20 hours per week in our busy daytime café.  

We are looking for someone with prior experience in:
- barista coffee making
- excellent customer services skills
- cashiering
- the ability to work under pressure

We are committed to putting our guest's experience first and need a dedicated and committed team player who is flexible on the number of hours they may work each week.  Te Papa Café is open 7 days a week so you will need to be available for both weekend work and public holidays also.  Your flexibility to work these additional hours as necessary and undertake permanent work are all key criteria for this position.
