The primary functions of the role are:

 

  • To ensure the smooth running of AP Digital Consultancy.
  • To manage a small team of digitisation contractors.
  • To provide administrative support to Andrew Pettengell.
  • To liaise with clients regarding digitisation projects.
  • To perform basic accounts tasks and day-to-day administration.
  • To coordinate marketing and sales initiatives. 

 

We are looking for someone with: 

  • Attention to detail.
  • Initiative and ability to work undirected.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and the ability to relate to a wide range of people including senior managers.
  • Ability to manage a small team.
  • Advanced skills in word processing, spreadsheets and other office applications.
  • High efficiency in organising complex workloads, including the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines, whilst preserving the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality, and demonstrating good judgement.
  • Experience in providing administrative support to several people, being able to ask good questions as you go and learning ‘on the run’.
  • Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • A well developed sense of the appropriate professional behaviour in a range of settings.
  • Current clean drivers license.
  • A demonstrated commitment to  personal and professional growth for self and others.

And it would be desirable if they had:

  • Experience of the Apple Mac platform
  • Photoshop and Lightroom skills
  • Knowledge of Xero Accounting software
  • Experience in the heritage sector
  • Office management experience and skills
