After Effects and Nuke artists needed. Want to be apart a Romantasy? A low budget Feature Film?

We are looking for After Effects or Nuke artists to help us with a very unique New Zealand film about slowing down time.

With a variety of  effects shots from simple to difficult.  This includes compositing, keying, stitching, clean up, and integrating stopmotion with live action.  We are looking for multiple digital effects artists at different levels of experience from people who are familiar with After Effect or Nuke, from beginner to advance.

If you’re at a beginner level wanting a credit for a film and experience this would be great for you.  If you are more advanced and can contribute more to the project, there will be benefits for you too.

There are 2 ways to get involved

1.  Come in and work with us.  We are looking for volounteers from the 18th of December – the end of January who can donate a day a week for a few weeks.  We are based in Ponsonby.

2. Work remotely – we will send you links to an FTP site with the media and a link to the offline reference.  You must have access to your own machine and programmes.

We are overloaded with effects shots and need your help.  Please see your facebook page to learn more about our project.

Please send a C.V or an email with your previous experience and programme/s you are familiar with for our Visual Effects Supervisors to look over.  Any links are welcomed.  Please specify what you are more skilled with.  Ie, roto, compositing, stitching, ect.

Potentially, there is room to grow within the post-production facility with other commercial work if you are awesome, and your work is awesome.  This post-production facility will get your learning Smoke which is ideal for a very keen graduate wanting to learn and grow.

Unfortunately this is a non-paying role and hope we can find people who can donate a little bit of time to help our project.

We look forward to hearing from you.
