Reporting to the Senior Manager Business Services you will play a pivotal role in setting the OD strategy and organizational culture of Creative New Zealand.
As a sole charge operator, you will be responsible for both strategic and operational aspects of HR management and will have the skills and expertise to cover the breadth of HR issues that arise.
We are looking for a candidate with the following:
- Talented and energetic with the ability to build strong relationships across a range of people
- Have a pragmatic and proactive approach to solving problems together with a strong service ethic
- A relevant tertiary qualification is preferred
