Corporate Information Management Officer
Looking for a change of scenery? Here at Te Papa we are seeking an enthusiastic Corporate Information Management Officer to join our Information Management team.
This role is integral to the continuing development of efficient and effective records management services at Te Papa. It has a focus on supporting Te Papa's electronic document and records management systems (both paper and electronic), managing the onsite records repository holdings, and providing guidance to Te Papa staff in relation to their responsibilities for good recordkeeping.
This role is primarily based in our Tory Street site. Experience of using and supporting electronic document management systems (eDRMS) will be important, as will good people skills. A good knowledge of records management principles and the Public Records Act is required.
• have strong records management experience of both paper and electronic recordkeeping systems
• have a great Microsoft Office skills and PC literacy
• achievement-orientated, with good problem-solving skills
• able to work well alone with good time management skills
• be self motivated
