This position is fixed term from 22nd April – 3rd September 2013.
In this exciting position you will work within the Communications, PR and Events team to co-ordinate events held at Wintec Venues. This position is a hands- on role, as you will be required to liaise with suppliers and work alongside clients through the full journey of their event. Proven experience in co-ordinating and organising events is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent people and communication skills, the ability to think on your feet, and great attention to detail.
We are seeking someone who is self motivated, full of initiative and has the ability to form effective relationships with both internal and external clients. You will be required at times to work weekends and after hours due to the type of events held in our Venues.
It is a fixed term role for 19 weeks between April - September as cover for our permanent Events Co-ordinator who will be away on extended leave.
