Tautai is thrilled to open applications for the fifth year of this exciting Pasifika Internship Program. This program aims to develop future arts managers and leaders, support arts infrastructure, and establish pathways for emerging Pasifika practitioners to build their arts management skills. The Pasifika Internship Program is funded by Creative New Zealand and delivered by Tautai.

We are now inviting applications from suitably qualified, hard-working, enthusiastic and determined people who are serious about forging a career in the arts.
Six internships will be available for 2018. We are looking at filling three places in this first call out and will advertise again in March for another three.
The internships are available to arts practitioners with Pacific heritage across all disciplines who are keen to build their experience in arts administration.
Applicants must have a tertiary qualification and/or minimum of three years continuous experience working within the arts. The internships are paid and will run for 20 weeks, working 40 hours a week. The 20 week placement needs to be completed between February and December 2018.
Once confirmed, Tautai will work with the selected interns in order to endeavour to secure placement with the host organisation or industry of their choice within Aotearoa New Zealand. Tautai also provides ongoing additional support to the interns throughout the program.

If you have any questions about the program or your application, please email Tina Pihema tautai@tautai.org
