Can you help us design and deliver Capital E's digital education programmes?
Capital E is New Zealand's leading centre for creativity for young people. We ignite the creative spark in children and young people, fostering confident, creative, capable citizens who can be architects of their own future.
We are looking for a MediaLab Coordinator to join our vibrant team and to ensure that Capital E's MediaLab suite offers high-quality digital experiences. We're looking to you to design and deliver innovative digital learning programmes and resources that continue to lead the sector in the delivery of amazing encounters for, by and with children and young people.
To be successful in this position you will preferably have a teaching qualification; proven experience in delivering creative digital education programmes and have sound knowledge of the New Zealand Curriculum. In addition, you'll have an understanding of moving-image production and screen media, and will approach your work with energy, creativity, and resourcefulness. We are a collaborative team that is dedicated to delivering excellent experiences for our audience and the MediaLab Coordinator will help us to do more of what we love for Wellington.
Capital E is part of Experience Wellington, (Wellington Museums Trust), a registered charity established by Wellington City Council as a Council Controlled Organisation (CCO) to manage and develop its cultural and arts visitor experiences.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation that is looking to increase momentum on achievements to date, through sector-leading, creative and innovative experiences for children and young people.
