Capital E is looking for a Bookings Coordinator who will ensure the smooth management of bookings across the many awesome programmes Capital E delivers.
Capital E is a not-for-profit organisation that ignites and fuels the spark of creativity in children and young people through digital workshops, live performance and events.
To be successful in this position you will have proven success and experience in an administrative role, be detail focused, and have strong customer service orientation with a friendly and efficient telephone manner and will be excited about making outbound calls to our customers. You will also have exceptional advocacy and empathy skills, with the ability to relate to a wide variety of people. In addition you will have an understanding of the education sector and have an affinity with the arts or not-for-profit sector. You will approach your work with energy, creativity, and resourcefulness.
You will be joining the business and development team, a dynamic team passionate about igniting the creative spark in children and young people.
Capital E is part of part of Wellington Museums Trust (trading as Experience Wellington), a registered charity established by Wellington City Council as a Council Controlled Organisation (CCO) to manage and develop its culture and arts visitor experiences.
