In this role, you will manage and roster a team of staff and volunteers who operate at the MOTAT frontline every day, and during special public programmes and events. The range of skill-sets within this team are somewhat unique and physical in nature, so having a good head around Health & Safety is vital.
Coordinating and rostering the team’s daily operations.
Seeking opportunities to maximise team operations, especially for public events.
Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of machinery & objects operated by your team.
Developing necessary training programmes & processes in collaboration with the H&S Team.
Working in with other teams to coordinate wider site operations, as required.

Successful candidates will also have:
Sound problem solving and logical thinking, with ability to focus on the bigger picture.
Demonstrated experience coordinating teams, ideally in a complex environment.
Intermediate to advanced IT skills. Experience with Excel an advantage.
