We invite interested parties to submit a proposal for the development of a strategic business plan for the Papakura Museum.

The aim of the five-year business plan is to outline how the Museum and funding partners can support the Museum to be a financially sustainable organisation. As a requirement for the development of this plan, the supplier will conduct a financial stocktake of the Museum’s current operations to determine the costs required to fund the current and future state of the Museum.

The full project brief is available here.

How to apply

Proposals are due before 5pm, Monday 28 January, 2019.
The proposal needs to include a detailed outline of the suppliers approach and methodology, and should include examples of similar projects or relevant experience.

Work on this project is expected to start in February/March 2019, and completed by June 2019.

To apply or for further information, please send questions or your expression of interest to Sarah Edwards, Arts and Culture Advisor (South) at sarah.edwards@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz.
