HUTT WINTER FESTIVAL 2019 CALL FOR ARTIST PROPOSALS

Hutt Winter Festival invites you to apply to be part of the 2019 festival,
15 – 17 August.
We invite arts practitioners: musicians, story-tellers, visual artists, performers from Lower Hutt, the wider Wellington region and beyond to send a proposal to be part of the third Hutt Winter Festival.
Applications close Tuesday 25 January 2019.
We will advise successful applicants by 15 February 2019. This allows time for the applicants to meet the Lower Hutt Creative Community funding deadline of 25 March 2019.
The Hutt Winter Festival is a community focused arts festival based in Lower Hutt.
The festival was launched with much excitement in 2017. It’s still a sparkly new event now is a good time to get involved and be part of shaping this and future festivals.
The 2019 festival will run over three days from Thursday evening until late Saturday night, 15 –17 August
The Hutt Winter Festival aims to connect people through art and culture. It offers a programme of arts and cultural events that are fun, free or low cost, accessible, family-oriented, locally made and created with community participation.
The audience will be made up of families, people who enjoy the arts, local and regional arts practitioners, rangatahi interested in pathways to arts careers or just having a great time, community cultural groups, their audiences and whānau.
