What we do

We create written content for websites and blogs. And we work with all sorts of businesses, in over 70 different industries, so no job is the same.

We want someone like you to create winning website content and online articles – meaning people love reading your stuff on screen.

Because we work closely with different clients, you must enjoy interacting with other humans, that means interviewing people, going through client feedback (even the negative stuff), and workshopping. Writing for businesses occupying different industries, even those that require well-researched content, is a challenge you’re ready to meet.

You’ll also need to be a bit of a chameleon, because you’ll need to mirror the tone of any client business you’re writing for.

Position Description


What you’ll be doing:


  • Writing content online

  • Identifying storytelling opportunities and using research or interviews to develop content to a high standard

  • Reviewing content created by your team members and offering constructive feedback, as needed

  • Running workshops and feedback sessions with clients, as well as weekly communications


This is a part-time role with the opportunity to expand for the right candidate who wants to join a fun, young team.


Essential skills & experience:


  • You’re a real person with a passion for writing online content

  • You’re also pretty good at editing, rewriting and proofreading

  • You’re a quick learner, capable of digesting different subjects/topics

  • You can work independently as well as within a team environment to solve complicated content challenges

  • You’ve got great communication skills and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone and chat to clients


Preferred skills & experience:


  • Experience writing in the Australian and/or New Zealand market


Other responsibilities:


  • Teaching the team Ninja skills (kidding, but it would be cool)

  • Joining in on regular team lunches and food chats (seriously, we’re big foodies)


Additional notes or requirements:


  • You must be a resident of New Zealand or hold an eligible work visa

  • This position is part-time (on average 16-24 hrs a week)

  • Our office is based in Auckland CBD (you'll be required to work onsite)
