You'll be a key part of helping drive the Powerco business to be more closely engaged with our customers through supporting the delivery of our customer strategy. We're after someone who knows customer service structures, technologies and solutions inside out, can analyse what we have in place, identify improvement opportunities and support us implement new approaches, tools and technologies.
Lets talk about you. You're a rare out-of-the-box thinker, with an inquisitive mind who's always looking for a way to work better, smarter or more efficiently. You'll bring a solid understanding of customer engagement and communications, and plenty of ideas around customer interaction best practices that you've likely picked up through significant experience in the commercial sector.
