About the Role

The Business Coordinator is an exciting new role which will help us to manage our inspiring projects and keep our organisation thriving. This is a business management role with a focus on bookkeeping and financial management as well as data collection and reporting. Working with the Artistic Director, the Business Coordinator will:

  • Manage bookkeeping and financial tasks using MYOB accounting package
  • Manage payroll
  • Prepare monthly financial reports
  • Collect and collate data relevant to internal and external reporting
  • Coordinate funding applications and reporting processes
  • Coordinate contracts and agreements
  • Participate in general day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Participate in organisational and Strategic Planning, with a focus on business development

As time permits the Business Coordinator will participate in general organisational activities including funding application and reporting, attending events and front of house tasks.
