We boast a range of events in our city and there is room to develop this further through the promotion of our fantastic Council owned venues. We need an enthusiastic events professional to join our fun team.
Your experience of venue management or promotion will complement your financial literacy and strong relationship building skills. You will be responsible for developing strategies and marketing plans to promote Nelson City Council venues and facilities, and will work with a range of stakeholders to deliver and implement these.
Energy, flexibility (some out of hours work is required), excellent written and interpersonal skills are essential.
