Working closely with the Chief Executive and Marketing & Audience Development Manager, you will assist in developing and implementing the communications strategy, lead media and PR for all events as well as develop and manage content for print, online and social media channels.  You’ll have a minimum of 5 years experience in arts marketing including knowledge of the arts sector, excellent writing skills and a high level of experience in digital communications and social media.  Excellent relationship skills and proven experience in developing and delivering strategic plans are required combined with the ability to work well in a team while under pressure in a busy festival environment.
 
The Communications Manager role is a full-time position, fixed term, commencing early October 2020 until 30 April 2021.
