MOTAT has an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Engagement Producer to join the Digital Engagement team delivering innovative and delightful visitor experiences online and onsite at MOTAT. In this role you will carry out digital content planning and production, and provide project management on a wide variety of digital projects. You will assist the Digital Engagement Manager and work with the wider MOTAT Team to deliver the digital roadmap, as determined by MOTAT’s Digital Strategy. With your proactive and collaborative approach, you will enable the development of digital experiences that inform and delight the MOTAT audience.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Digital Engagement Manager to identify, plan, and execute digital projects across MOTAT
  • Manage ongoing updates to MOTAT’s content management platform and websites.
  • Project manage online and onsite digital projects.
  • Gather data, analyse, and report on Digital Engagement outcomes using Google Analytics, Dexibit, and other research systems
  • Coordinate digital content production for multiple digital channels
  • Work within a cross-organisation team to transform MOTAT’s social media presence

To be successful in this role you will have strong time management skills, sound technical knowledge and administrative skills with the ability to liaise with different stakeholders. You will need a minimum of 5 years digital and content production experience along with digital project management skills. The role requires a broad cross section of experience, including familiarity with UX research methodology, agile project management for digital products, digital content management and planning. You will be skilled in dealing with social media and other online content platforms with proven writing skills. Experience with GLAM, tourism or educational organisations would be desirable.
