We are looking for a talented and dynamic Executive Director with proven leadership experience.
Reporting to the board, this is a strategic role that comes at a milestone time for this motivated not-for-profit trust. The Mentoring Foundation works in partnership with a range of regional and national stakeholders, dedicated to supporting leaders in their roles throughout Aotearoa.
It's an outstanding opportunity to bring your honed organisational and relationship management skills, passion for mentoring and love of the community sector together.
Ideally you will be located in either Taranaki or Auckland but candidates from outside these regions will be considered.
This part-time, fixed term position gives the successful applicant flexibility in the structure of their working week and a direction to bring fresh, innovative thinking to the organisation. Act fast, as all applications will be considered as they are received.

Good at project planning, marketing, and financial management with an understanding of evaluation.

The Mentoring Foundation builds the capability of the community sector by helping leaders with professional development through connection with experienced mentors. Mentoring helps leaders become more effective, more confident and better-connected to a wider network.
Within this role we work in partnership or through collaboration with a range of regional and national stakeholders - including The Big Idea for their Mentoring In The Arts program. The foundation has a proven mentoring model with programmes operating in four regions around NZ and this appointment is to manage and grow the potential for the trust.
