Circability Trust are seeking an energetic, skilled marketing & PR superstar to join us for a short term project to deliver communications support for the upcoming Youth Circus Festival in May 2021. 

We have a short timeframe to work towards, so we are seeking someone that can hit the ground running, who has oodles of creative flair. 
You must be able to provide your own transport, laptop and tools of trade required to perform the duties in the roll. This role would ideally suit a freelancer. 
We anticipate this person starting from the 8th of March and working with us until the closure and finalisation of collateral (approximately 10th or 11th of May 2021). The Festival Takes place from 7-9th of May 2021, and you would be expected to be on-site during this time. Otherwork can be undertaken remotely, or in the Circability Office if preferred.  

You will work alongside our festival leader and general manager autonomously, and be responsible for: 

  • Pre-event promotion on social media channels 
  • Creation and dissemination of press releases
  • Mailchimp campaigns 
  • Documenting event 
  • Management of webpage 
  • Active engagement with key stakeholders 
  • Management of social media accounts, including TikTok and instagram

  • Post event write up and collation of materials
  • And any other duties that might pop up during the pre and post event roll out
