The Govett-Brewster Art Gallery/Len Lye Centre is looking for a Visitor Experience Coordinator to lead its frontline team of Information Officers to help our visitors have an amazing and safe art experience.

Reporting to the Business Development Lead, the Visitor Experience Coordinator is a flexible 0.6 position (24 hours a week) within a collaborative and professional team that is motivated by delivering amazing experiences with art.

You'll coordinate a team of around 20 front-line information officers over a seven-day operation, bringing your experience with managing and enabling a dynamic customer-facing team. You'll be able to work magic with rosters, have great communication and interpersonal skills that support team culture, and will be a great organiser and excellent team player. Experience working with art or in a creative environment would also be great, but it's not compulsory.

We aim to create and sustain a truly rewarding workplace environment for our team. You can expect to start in this role between $62,214 - $67,743 pro-rata, and NPDC offers an integrated Total Rewards Framework that spans Wellbeing, Development, Benefits, Culture and Recognition.
