The Digital Content Assistant supports content development and publishing on a wide range of Massey's web platforms.

Reporting to the Digital Content Manager, the Digital Content Assistant is responsible for a range of content writing, approvals and publishing on both Massey's external and internal-facing web platforms. They also assist with regular content auditing of Massey's key websites to ensure that content is accurate, functional and up to date.

We're looking for a talented digital communications professional with experience in content management and writing for the web.

You'll have experience working with content management systems, understand best practices of web writing, have a strong eye for detail and have a willingness to learn new platforms and processes.

You'll bring with you the following:

  • At least two years experience in web writing and content management
  • Strong writing, editing and proof-reading skills
  • Understanding of web content management systems and web content best practices
  • Experience with website auditing tools like Site Improve or similar
  • Excellent communication skills, and able to work within a team
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field
