Are you an experienced leader of creative teams, with expertise in managing an organisation's brand and visual identity?

We're looking for a new Creative and Brand Manager to lead the Council's multidisciplinary Creative and Brand team. This role ensures that the Council's brand and visual identity is consistently and compellingly communicated across all brand touchpoints including campaigns, signage and wayfinding, documents, collateral, video, photography, digital and social, and more. The team works cross-functionally with the wider Communications and Engagement group, and across Council, to bring the Council's stories to life through bold visual storytelling.

In this role, you'll lead, mentor and provide creative direction to the Design, Visual Content, Workflow and Print Room team leads, in a truly creative and collaborative environment.

With at least at five years' people leadership experience, you'll have extensive knowledge of marketing, design, video production, photography and print production. You'll have strong communications skills, and a knack for building strong relationships.
