Events Coordinator – Member Services

Purpose of the role:

• Provide administrative support for the NZSO’s Membership model and ticketing functions

As a member of the Marketing and Audience Experience Team, the Events Coordinator – Member Services reports to the Ticketing and Memberships Manager, who is based in Wellington.

This is an operational position, where you will provide support in a number of key areas, including the administration of the NZSO Membership model, coordination of Member events, day-to-day ticketing operations, maintaining relationships with ticketing agents and venues.

You will have box office and/or event planning experience and be able to think creatively with excellent time management and attention to detail.

• administrative principles and processes

You will be able to:

• work methodically and systematically with an eye for detail
• communicate and relate effectively with people
• collect, analyse, and process information, and use computer systems for research and data input
