Hire Assistant for Stage/Film Lighting Business
Job details
The role primarily consists of PATS testing and maintaining our hire equipment, and prepping orders in-house at our Avondale location for our Film / TV / events customers with the occasional requirement to work offsite.
The successful applicant will:

Have experience or interest in lighting for the theatre/and or film industry and interested in developing their technical skills

Have the ability to communicate well with others and be an effective team member

Be confident interacting with customers both face to face and over the phone

Be computer literate

Have a full NZ drivers’ licence and be able to drive manual

Be physically fit and enjoy working with their hands
Camera, grip, rigging, and/or mechanical knowledge would be helpful. Warehouse experience and a heavy vehicle licence would also be advantageous.
