Our team is growing and we are looking for a skilled administrator to join us on our journey.
- About the role | Mō te tūranga
- Administrative support to Chief Executive and management team
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the organisation
- Transactional accounts administration in Xero
- Greeting visitors at reception
- Assisting with a variety of project work
- Board secretary duties (NB: Board meetings take place quarterly, and may fall outside of working hours. We request flexible working hours in these instances.)
- Event organisation assistance

We look for:
- Financial administration or office coordination experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Financial administrative experience and familiarity with accounting software, preferably Xero
- Strong MS office skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Organisation and efficiency with an attention to detail
- A keen and helpful attitude, with the desire to support the team with a variety of tasks
- Ability to build effective working relationships and interact with people at all levels
- Tertiary education desired
