Location: Central Auckland office (110 Symonds St, Grafton)

Our team is growing and we are looking for a skilled administrator to join us on our journey.

  • About the role | Mō te tūranga
  • Administrative support to Chief Executive and management team
  • Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the organisation  
  • Transactional accounts administration in Xero
  • Greeting visitors at reception
  • Assisting with a variety of project work
  • Board secretary duties (NB: Board meetings take place quarterly, and may fall outside of working hours. We request flexible working hours in these instances.)
  • Event organisation assistance

About You | Mōu

We look for:

  • Financial administration or office coordination experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Financial administrative experience and familiarity with accounting software, preferably Xero
  • Strong MS office skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Organisation and efficiency with an attention to detail
  • A keen and helpful attitude, with the desire to support the team with a variety of tasks
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and interact with people at all levels
  • Tertiary education desired
