Do you posses the passion and energy for continuous training? Do you strive to continually improve services?

Te Papa is looking for an exceptional Front of House Trainer to lead and manage training delivery to all Visitor Services, Hospitality and Retail staff, to ensure high quality and consistent communication to our visitors. 

Working closely with your team, you will identify training needs and develop appropriate training interventions to ensure front of house staff actively engage visitors and add value to the visitor experience. You will effectively liaise with trainees, managers and assessors to ensure the effective coordination of training programmes.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has strong leadership and motivational skills, loves working with people and who strives to continually improve services.

The ideal candidate will have practical experience in delivering workplace training programmes.
