The intern will work closely with the director in developing projects and assisting on tasks. They will learn about conceiving and installing exhibitions, maintaining a client database, organizing and distributing marketing materials and web content management. This internship will require communication with and between artists, clients and media.

We need someone very self-motivated, not afraid to ask questions, someone who shows initiative and feels comfortable interacting with a range of people from clients to artists. An undergraduate student or graduate within the Arts with a passion for contemporary art, who wishes to gain experience within the field. Administrative experience is important as the role requires someone computer savvy. This 6 - 12 month unpaid internship (Thursday and Fridays, 12 - 5pm) provides a wide array of experience and knowledge within the industry, for those interested and willing to learn.

Key skills

Self-motivated, not afraid to ask questions, initiative, personable. An undergraduate or graduate student with a passion for contemporary art. Administrative experience.
