The Learning Connexion is a tertiary School of Art and Creativity based in the Hutt Valley, Wellington. 

We are seeking a warm, confident and friendly person to join our busy prison programme team.  This is an essential role and requires a motivated, enthusiastic and organised individual who enjoys meeting people, loves a challenge, and builds strong relationships easily.  You must be a good communicator.

The core function of the role is to provide administrative support to the Prison Programme team, coordinating enrolment procedures, tracking study link progress, following up on enquiries, sending out application and enrolment paperwork and student kits.  You will also be required to maintain an up to date database of students, updating communication logs, creating digital files and entering interview notes, bulk mail outs of newsletters, stocktaking and ordering student and tutor materials, coordination of PP meetings and travel planning.

 To be successful in this role you will need strong computer skills, including experience with databases, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

This role is for 30 hours per week, worked over four days. You must be available to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
