Event Intern: Working closely with the Production crew, tasks include:


 - Packing and freight

- Event documentation

- Volunteer recruitment and correspondence

- Liaising with schools

- Post production correspondence

- Office Support


Media & PR Intern: Working closely with the Event Assistant, tasks include:


- Media Logging

- Distribution of media releases

- Eliciting media coverage

- Sourcing potential advertisers

- General promotion of the event

- Office Support

This is an unpaid position suited to those who wish to gain experience in the media/communications/event industries.Position is for 8-15 hours per week on a structured timetable. Internships run from March to August each year.

Key skills

Strong time management, organisational and multitasking skills

Excellent Communication and Computer skills

Media/PR/Communications experience desirable.
